• You were instructed by Wilshire Collections Support to fill out this form

Please Note: Our system only allows one active payment method for subscription products. When you update your payment method here this card will become your default payment method for any subscription you currently have with us. (Decorating and Creating Community and/or Printable Club)

Even if you need to update your payment for more than one subscription, you will only need to fill out this form once.
