Under the current month's printables, you'll see a button that will take you to the past month printables content and you'll see all the folders for each month. You can click on the folders and access the printables within those for any months you were an active subscriber OR any months you purchased individually just now.

What if I forgot my password?
If at any point you forget your password, go to the Printable Club login page and click the forgot password button. Please only click this button once and wait for a forgot password email to arrive so you can reset your password. (Make sure to check your spam folder too!) If you still don't see it, please email support: [email protected]
What months of printables do I have access to?
If you had an active subscription in the Printable Club during specific months you can access the folders of printables for those months. Also, with our new feature as of June 2021, if you purchased any additional months of printables from months that you didn't have a subscription, you can access those folders of printables immediately after you purchase them. PLEASE NOTE: Do not purchase individual folders of printables for months that you had a subscription, because you already paid for them as part of your subscription. Please view your order history or check your access to the folders in the PC Member Area if you are not sure what months you have paid for. Wilshire Collections is not responsible for issuing refunds for months that you accidentally purchase more than once.
Will I always have access to my printables?
As long as you're an active subscriber and your payments are up to date you'll have access to the PC Member Area and can access any of the months of printables that you purchased. PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel you subscription, or if we cancel your subscription due to past due subscription payments, you will lose access to the PC Member Area. It is your responsibility to download and/or print your printables before your access is removed. We are not responsible for resending them to you due to the reasons above.
I need to cancel my subscription...
To cancel your subscription, please log in to the PC Member Area and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button under the Member Resources section. If you would like to cancel without logging in, you may also cancel by visiting this link and filing out the cancellation form under the Printable Club section: Account Management. When filling out the cancelation form you must use the email address associated with your account (the one you use to login to the Member Area) for your subscription to be properly canceled. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before your next payment date by following the instructions above. Wilshire Collections will not issue refunds in the event subscribers do not following the proper steps in the cancelation process.
No partial refunds will be given for canceling your monthly subscription before your subscription renewal date. Absolutely no refunds will be given for canceling your yearly PC subscription early.
I need to update the credit card that's on file...
Whether your recent payment failed or you just got a new card, the simplest way to update your payment method is to fill out this form: Update Payment Form
If your subscription payment fails at any point, we will notify you via email (and text if you're opted-in to text alerts) with instructions on how to update your payment information. We will contact you twice over a period of 7 days to update your payment. Failure to update your payment method or respond to the failed payment messages will result in your subscription be canceled.

Emails are responded to within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. Please be patient, emails are answered in the order they are received and launch weeks can get a little busy! We promise we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
How do I print the Printables?
If you have a color printer at home, that will work great, with regular printer paper. If you don't have a home printer or it's not working well for you, you can have them printed elsewhere. Here's some of the places you can send the files to that will print them for you:
I'm having tech trouble...
We are happy to offer support regarding the Printable Club Member Area, your subscription and corresponding payments and account management. We are unable to provide tech support for the devices (phones, tables, computers, printers) you use to save/download/print your printables. If you are having trouble doing these things, please consult a friend, family member, or IT professional that is tech-savvy and is able to provide personalized support with your particular device.
Can I sell or share the printables?
Our printables are for personal and gifting use. They also include a license that allows you to make crafts with these printables for resale. (This applies to printables from October 2021 and beyond only.) Sharing, copying or selling the printable PDF file itself is NOT allowed. Wilshire Collections reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
