#1  Register Your Account by Creating a Password

Look out for an email we just sent you! This email will give you instructions to create a password so you can login to the Printable Club Member Area. The Member Area is where you go to print or download your printables. (They will not be emailed to you.)

Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive this email. (If you still don't see it, check your spam folder or try searching Wilshire Collections in your email search bar to locate it.) If you still don't see it, please email support:   [email protected]

Once you receive the email, please register your account and create a password within 24 hours.

#2 Save Your Login Information

Your username is the email you used during checkout. Your password you created following the steps above. Make sure to write down that info, as you'll need it to login each time.

Any time you want to access the Printable Club, this is the link you'll go to to login. Please save this link for your reference. DO NOT attempt to login at this link until you have gone through the registration steps above and created your password.

FAQs


I can’t find the registration/create password email...
First, check your spam/junk folder. You can also try searching Wilshire Collections in your email search bar to locate it. If you still don't see it, please email support:   [email protected]

What if I forget my password later?
If at any point you forget your password, go to the Printable Club login page and click the forgot password button. Please only click this button once and wait for a forgot password email to arrive so you can reset your password. (Make sure to check your spam folder too!) If you still don't see it, please email support:   [email protected]

What happens next month?
New printables are released each and every month between the 1st and 5th day of the month. Each month when the month's printables are released, they replace the previous month's designs. It is your responsibility to print or save each design every month. We are not responsible for resending files from previous months.

When are my subscription payments charged?
If you signed up for the monthly subscription option, you will be charged on the same day each month. For example, if you purchased your PC subscription on October 1st, you'll be charged again on November 1st and so on.

If you purchased the yearly subscription option, you were charged $100 for the entire year. If you purchased on October 1, 2020, you will not be charged again until October 1, 2021.

I need to cancel my subscription...
To cancel your subscription, please log in to the PC Member Area and click the 'Cancel Subscription' button under the Member Resources section. When filling out the cancelation form you must use the email address associated with your account (the one you used to login to the Member Area) for your subscription to be properly canceled. If you wish to cancel your subscription by emailing us you must email support at least 5 days before your next payment date to guarantee cancelation before your next charge date. No partial refunds will be given for canceling your monthly subscription before your subscription renewal date. Absolutely no refunds will be given for canceling your yearly PC subscription early.

I need to update the credit card that's on file...
Whether your recent payment failed or you just got a new card, the simplest way to update your payment method is to fill out this form: Update Payment Form

If your subscription payment fails at any point, we will notify you via email (and text if you're opted-in to text alerts) with instructions on how to update your payment information. We will contact you twice over a period of 7 days to update your payment. Failure to update your payment method or respond to the failed payment messages may result in your subscription be canceled.

Emails are responded to within 24-48 hours Monday - Friday. Please be patient, emails are answered in the order they are received and launch weeks can get a little busy! We promise we'll get back to you as soon as we can!

How do I print the Printables?
If you have a color printer at home, that will work great, with regular printer paper. If you don't have a home printer or it's not working well for you, you can have them printed elsewhere. Here's some of the places you can send the files to that will print them for you:
Staples
Office Depot
FedEx
UPS


I'm having tech trouble...
We are happy to offer support regarding the Printable Club Member Area, your subscription and corresponding payments and account management. We are unable to provide tech support for the devices (phones, tables, computers, printers) you use to save/download/print your printables. If you are having trouble doing these things, please consult a friend, family member, or IT professional that is tech-savvy and is able to provide personalized support with your particular device.


Can I sell or share the printables?
No you cannot. Crafting with the printable design is encouraged, but for personal use and gifting only. You do not have the commercial license to sell crafts using these printables.
