It’s Christmas time at the Collins household! I always deck the halls on the inside, and my husband and boys are in charge of our outside….EXCEPT my front porch! That’s my territory too 🙂
I let them have free reign over the lights, because I do have kids and they love every minute of that! Hanging lights on trees and bushes is not my jam. At all. But…my porch is something I love doing and making festive each year. I try and keep it easy but cute!
This year I used my same garland from last year, and the only thing I did different was change out the ribbon to some cute buffalo check mesh ribbon. You can see the rest of my buffalo check Christmas obsession here!
I used my little wooden Santa’s, door hanger and tree that I’ve had for years. The only thing new I added was my vintage sled that I found at a local antique mall. I have always wanted one of these and I got this one for a STEAL!
So, here you have my Festive and easy Christmas front porch this year!
It doesn’t have to be complicated or even involve a lot of money, but it should be festive and cute! How do you decorate the front of your home at Christmas? I would love to know!
Here is a vintage sled if you don’t feel like hitting up your local antique malls that is really cute! Vintage sled
Oh…and on my hubby’s to do list for Spring is STAINING OUR FRONT DOOR! The bottom half is so faded from the sun that it is time to give it a fresh coat. He loves me for all the projects I have going in my head 24/7 🙂
Until next time…
