Who else likes to add a little Christmas cheer to your bedroom this time of year?! I know I sure do!
These neutral Christmas bedroom decor ideas are perfect to add a little holiday cheer in a cozy yet festive way this year!
When thinking about our bedroom and what I wanted to do in there this year, I knew a couple of things right off the bat.
- I wanted to create a space that was cozy and felt like a retreat at the end of the long day.
- As much as I LOVE red at Christmas, in here I wanted to keep it more calming and neutral.
So, off to work I went! And with just a few easy switches…I took my room from this…
TO THAT!!!
Here’s the scoop! All I did was change out the blanket at the end of my bed and the shams. I got the olive green waffle weave found on Amazon here!
Of course pillows were involved in the swap. The tan ones and the tree one both came from TJMaxx.
Trees on a nightstand?! YES PLEASE!! I got these 4 ft trees off amazon here and just the twinkle of the lights is enough to make anyone feel cozy and at peace!
I put a pillow and throw on the bench that I had for while too!
AND…I also knew this was going to be the perfect place to put my black and white tree! I used the exact same ribbons and techniques as I did last year! You can get more details on this tree here.
Since I had to move my chair out of the corner to fit the tree, I just angled the the chair in front of the window facing the TV. I figure if I’m not in bed watching Hallmark Christmas movies, I’ll be right here in this chair. One of the two!

Love your bedroom. I did Christmas in our main bedroom for the first time ever…ALL because of you. Back when you re-did your bedroom, I purchased some of the exact pillow covers in my colors. Then last week I changed out some of the covers for RED and some gray. I love it. Thank you for always inspiring us and making us think we can have beautiful things like you!
