4 ideas on how to add Christmas decor to your master bedroom!

I’m so excited to have some Christmas touches in my Master Bedroom this year! I have never really done anything in there before, and it all started with some pillows I saw at TJMaxx that I knew I just HAD to have 🙂 Then, the domino effect came! You know the one, right?!

I had this little 6 ft tree that I used for a vendor show and told my friend Kristan I wasn’t sure what I was going to do with it after. She had the genius idea for me to use it in my bedroom, and that is when the lightbulb went off for this space and adding some Christmas decor!

I’m going to share 4 ideas on how you can add Christmas decor to your master bedroom if you are wanting to add a little holiday cheer!4 ideas on how to add Christmas decor to your master bedroom, trees, pillows, wreaths and more!

  1. Pillows! Pillows are an easy way to add touches to any room, but perfect for a bedroom for sure! I got the plaid ones from TJMaxx (the ones I saw and HAD to have) and the Merry pillow I’ve had for years and years!4 ideas on how to add Christmas decor to your master bedroom with pillows and a wreath
  2. Tree! This is a 6ft tree from Walmart that was $35! (You can find it here!) So, you don’t have to go out and break the bank on one. I added lights and ribbon (all ribbon was what I had on hand or came from Hobby Lobby). You can purchase my video tutorial on how to decorate your tree with ribbon here! Big lots had some adorable gray, red and white decor this year- so I got the garland and a couple packs of ornaments to fill the tree. It might be my favorite one in the house!! I also have this 7.5 ft pencil tree in my dining room, and it would be a great one for a bedroom too! 4 ideas on how to add Christmas decor to your master bedroom with this cute tree with red, gray and white ribbon!
  3. Wreath! Adding a wreath to any room brings instant holiday cheer! Whether it is red like this one (from Target a few years ago) or has Christmas greens, it will give you that charm you are looking for!4 ideas on how to add Christmas decor to your master bedroom, red, gray and white decor with Christmas tree
  4. Throw blanket! Adding a Christmas throw to the end of your bed, or on a bench is a perfect touch too! I’ve had this one for years and decided to put it in this cute bucket from Walmart! The toboggan was a Target Dollar Spot find and the ornament is from Hobby Lobby! I love that all of this stuff just worked in to my existing decor since I have a pretty neutral slate to work with! You can customize this idea to whatever your style and colors are though. Remember- Christmas doesn’t have to be just red and green anymore! That’s what makes it so fun if you ask me. 4 ideas on how to add Christmas decor to your master bedroom with this cute red, gray and white christmas tree!

Do you put any Christmas decor in your bedroom? Let me know what you think of what I did here! I think seeing the twinkle of the lights at night when I’m headed to bed is my favorite part!

Until next time…

Started putting a Christmas tree in my bedroom a couple of years ago. Now it’s the first thing I do when I start decorating.

Stacey, I love your ideas in the bedroom. My bedroom isn’t quite nig enough for a tree, but the pillows are great. I also especially liked what uou dud on your end table. I think I’m going to try that this year.
