I’m all about spreading JOY this holiday season! Lets face it…it’s the most WONDERFUL time of year, but it can also be one of the most STRESSFUL times of year. Whether its family, finances, shopping, decorating or anything in between…the holidays can be a lot! That’s why I want to focus on the things that make me happy and bring me joy!

I loved making this easy DIY Christmas sign that anyone can do! An easy DIY project is something that always makes me happy and brings me Joy!

I bought this piece of wood from Walmart over in their craft section. It was already painted and distressed like this with the little rope to hang it. The letters came from the Walmart Christmas section and are actually meant to be hung on stockings! I got the metal J and Y and then got the one that looked like wood for the O, but decided to paint it red.

Disclaimer: I am NOT a bow maker. It is definitely not my gift. But, my friend Brooke at Re-Fabbed has the easiest bow tutorial that I love! It makes you feel like you can actually tackle a bow and make it look cute and it’s not complicated. Be sure to check it out here!

I used some ribbon I had on hand for this…and of course that included buffalo check! The little wood snowflake came in a pack from Wal-Mart Christmas as unfinished wood and I just painted it white.
